CHOOSE A DESTINATION
Check the purpose and region
before using a contact.
A useful first step for a WestJet question is to match the request with the contact’s stated purpose. A cancellation can stop travel without producing a cash refund. Ask the issuing provider to explain the result for your fare. A published route is a way to contact the provider, not a promise of an answer or a particular result.

YOUR JOURNEY, THE RELEVANT ROUTE
For a proposed WestJet trip, use the reservations destination or airline booking website to discuss the purchase.
For an existing WestJet booking, start with the ticket issuer and the fare conditions before requesting a change or cancellation.
The airline or ticket seller decides eligibility, charges and available options. A general reservations number is not automatically a dedicated refund department.
