For a proposed TAP Air Portugal trip, use the reservations destination or airline booking website to discuss the purchase.
- Prepare the intended dates, airports and passenger count.
- Review the full fare and any charge for agent-assisted booking.
Already have a ticket?
For an existing TAP Air Portugal booking, start with the ticket issuer and the fare conditions before requesting a change or cancellation.
- Read the seller name on the confirmation.
- Ask separately about the itinerary change, cancellation and any refund request.
